This is going to be a short post as it's way past my bedtime (losing out on sleep is messing up my metabolism) but I just wanted everyone to know that I'm still going.
I've made a couple changes to my life - the first is completely restocking my kitchen after ballooning up to my starting weight (270 lbs) in February (after spending Carnival in Tobago) and realizing I really don't want to have to do this again. A lot of money later, I lost 12 lbs in 5 days. Obviously, while it was an encouraging number I gained about 4 lbs back.
Second, I've been cooking almost every meal and, while not meticulously counting calories, I've been controlling my portions. Food pics will be added soon and I feel like I'm making progress, though I have no visible signs of this.
Third, I've just started working out again using ChaLean Extreme as I realized my atrocious state of fitness required a slower start and I will work my way up to P90x once this is finished. I've just finished my first week and have lost 0.8% body fat. Not bad I think.
So my stats are:
Body Weight: 262
Body Fat: 42.6%
Water Content : 40.9 %
Chest: 46
Waist: 40
Hips: 50 (Good God!)
Arms: 16
Legs: 30 ( Aiming for this as a waist measurement instead.)
Goals by March 31st
Body Weight: 260
No eating after 7 p.m.
12 glasses of water
